Last weekend we had a great time in Concho, AZ at the Red Rock Farms Lavendar Festival.  In the middle of our desert with red sand there is the most beautiful lavendar fields all in bloom.  They have an annual festival the last two weekends in June each year.  They have a website http://www.redrockfarms.com/ if you are interested in more information.  They have a variety of types of lavendar and products.  You can cut your own bundles of lavendar during the festival, buy plants, and cooking demonstrations with samples to try.  The lavendar lemonade is very refreshing.  Thank you Red Rock Farms for hosting this annual event.
